Recipes for Organic Baby Food

Add milk or water as necessary to blend until thoroughly smooth.
These vegetables have a mellow flavour that is almost slightly sweet. They are a great place to start, but why not mix in some steamed organic kale, broccoli, asparagus, or spinach? These will enhance the quantity of vitamins and minerals your youngster consumes while also helping to mould their palate. An additional healthy veggie is organic beetroot that has been peeled and baked.
You can mix fruit puree and vegetable puree to give it a little more variety. One suggestion is beetroot with blueberries or blackberries that have been collected from the hedgerow. or carrot and mango. Your creativity is the only constraint on the possibilities.
Eggs
Eggs that are organic and free-range are the ideal food for your developing youngster. Be aware that some infants have egg allergies. Never give your child hot food before letting it cool.
For four minutes, cook a whole egg in water.

Thus, introducing garlic to your child’s meals at a young age helps them become habituated to the flavour. White fish is the best type to start with, but be sure it was caught by line in the ocean, not on a farm. The finest choices are organic, free-range chicken or grass-fed ground beef.
Fish should be cooked for 20 minutes in an oven-safe plate. Or you could poach it in milk. Use a fork to gently tear apart. You can gently simmer ground beef or chicken in a pan with some veggies and low-salt stock (cut into 1″ cubes). Blend ingredients to create a puree that baby will like.
Teething
When your child’s teeth begin to erupt, they can begin to chew. But your youngster might find the suffering disturbing. Give your child a chilled organic celery or carrot stick to sucking on. Their painful gums are soothed by this. While doing this, be careful not to leave them alone in case they accidentally bite off a piece that could cause them to choke.
